Joseph Pilates invented a method of training for people with limited mobility.

The goal is to train the body so that it can carry out daily tasks with minimal effort, without unnecessary erosion, and no physical   injuries. Pilates trying to achieve this goal by a series of exercises that operate the stabilizer muscles and practice the body to mobilize the right muscles for each move. Pilates trying to allow greater range of motion in joints and throughout the spine. Thereby preventing the pressure generated by the cells and inefficient movement joints.

 

There are two methods of practicing Pilates:Floor Pilates and Apparatus Pilates.

I practice Appratus Pilates.It helps the body and soul.

Since I can not walk a long distance, this type of activity allows maintaining the flexibility and strengthening of the body.

According to the testimony of people, Pilates helps in cases of Parkinson's disease, Arthritis,Multiple sclerosis and more.

Any person exercising at his own appropriate rate and slowly the ability improves.
